Useful and effective part of treatment for heel pain.
I had been working long hours on my feet and ignoring increasing pain in my feet and calves until one day I got up and literally could not put my left heel to the floor as the pain was so acute. Luckily I had recently had an appointment with a podiatrist for hip pain and had been issued with insoles to correct gait, so despite services being very restricted due to covid-19 I was able to speak to a podiatrist over the phone and get a sheet of exercises. With resting, icing and exercising; avoiding walking barefoot and always wearing flat shoes with my insoles I've managed to improve my foot pain. After 10 weeks unable to work (or earn) I was getting desperate and starting searching Amazon for miracle cures! I bought two pairs of these socks and also a foot brace for another supplier to keep my calf muscles extended overnight. I've been trying these solutions together for about a week or so and the socks to play their part. When my foot comes out of the brace in the morning, avoiding that initial calf tightness which triggers morning heel pain I put a sock straight on my left foot and then into a shoe with a support insole. If I now just wear the shoe I can feel the difference. The sock definitely supports the arch of my foot and reduces the sore acheyness that develops otherwise. It also seems to cushion and support my heel a bit. This might sound like damning with faint praise but I'm very glad I bought them. I don't think there is a miracle cure for plantar, but they are a useful and effective part of my tool kit for steady improvement. I've started working very short shifts, partly on my feet and I'm not sure this would have been possible without the socks. I'm shoe size 6. I bought medium. My left foot is very comfortable in them. I take it off at night as I've noticed that if I wear it with the brace my toes start to go numb. I've tried wearing one on my right foot and my toes went numb. I think I don't notice the tightness on my left foot because of the plantar pain and the fact that the tightness brings relief. I've only washed them once on 30 and so far so good. I'll be using them for the foreseeable future and would buy them again. If you are in the early stages of developing heel pain I can imagine they would help with prevention. I will avoid working long hours on my feet without support for the rest of my life now - I am still extremely limited in the time I can spend on my feet because I ignored foot pain until I developed a really painful and hard to treat condition. My doctor has advised that he won't give me a cortizone injection because I went down this route for plantar when I had it 20 years ago. Cortisone can thin the tissue on your heels making them more vulnerable. He said as I'm improving slowly I am better continuing with everything I'm trying and making slow progress and to expect that it will take 6 to 12 months. This is when products like these socks come in useful for me as an effective part of an ongoing process. Maybe they could be a miracle cure if you are just starting with aching feet after work or having that heel pain in the morning that wears off. If you have neglected your feet until you are in a lot of pain constantly from arch to heel to ankle and shins these will not be a miracle cure but they will really help.

supportive....but
They are incredibly well made and seem very supportive to my foot which, along with very soft slippers have made a big difference to foot pain......but why do the cuffs need to be so incredibly tight? I have resorted to cutting down through the cuff by a couple of centimetres and oversewing the slit to stop the sock from disintegrating.

Support socks
I found these made the side if my little toe sore. I do have fairly wide feet though. So not comfortable for me

These definitely work.
Kept waking up at 3am in pain with plantar fasciitis. So invested in a foot roller and these.Used the foot roller once but slept in these every night for a week or so and hey presto - no early wake up calls! If only all things worked as well. Good value for money. Supportive but comfortable. Brilliant. 👌🏼

Definitely worth it!
Well, I am a power walker. I was power walking 6 miles about 5-6 times a week back in the summer and autumn. Now I’m not sure how I ended up getting Achilles Tendonitis, at least I think that’s what it was. My achilles heel just started feeling sore and frail for quite awhile. Now I did impulsively jump on the spot a lot, (something which I have consciously stopped doing now), but sometimes it’s just habitual! Anyway, apart from that and the high knee taps, & jumping jacks that I was doing, I believe it was most likely a combination of everything that led to my Achilles Tendonitis. And so for the first week or two, I was just resting it, so sadly I wasn’t able to continue my power walks which were important for me to do! Although I told myself that I was resting it and letting it heal, it still took a toll on me mentally, and in other ways also. But basically, I wasn’t noticing my heel getting any better, so I ended up finding out about this product, got it, as I needed something to accelerate the recovery time, so I could get back to doing what was necessary for my mental health, and sure enough this paid off! It firstly allowed me to start power walking again without having to worry about my heel being irritable or sore. I felt a sense of protection on it, and it didn’t really hurt either. A few aches here and there, but it was no more than negligible! I started wearing this compression sock for about an hour or two at first, and then gradually longer and longer. I am about 187cm, size 13 1/2, so a large seemed to be a good fit for me. I think it was the best fit for me. Even though my blood circulation felt a little blocked for the first 2 times of wearing at first, the compression sock soon started to get elasticated, and stretch after prolonged use, so it started to feel comfortable to wear for most of the day by then. But ultimately, this compression sock surely made a big difference! Speeded up the recovery time as it say’s, and allowed me to power walk again with more ease and protective comfort on my heel.P.S, this has to be a must buy! For any avid power walker/walker/runner, or anyone who has any foot/ankle/heel issues.

Love love love
Love these! Tried several other brands while these were out of stock, none of them were as snug. These help ease the pain due to hyper mobility as well as the fibroma on my plantar fascia tissue which is super painful. The snug fit helps ease the pain, noticeable difference when I wear them vs not.

Great for smaller feet.
I am I size 5 big kids or 6 woman’s and these work amazingly! I bought one pair to start. But after wearing them for just one day I bought 2 more. I have worn and washed a few times and they have held up nicely.I would for sure recommend them for folks with small feet such as mine.

Very tight and a little short
I liked the product but the were a little short both at the ankle and foot. They were good quality but after wearing for one day, I had swelling above and below the sleeve. And deep ridges in my ankles where the top of the sleeve was. I measured before I ordered and received the size for the measurements. I believe the company has a good product but maybe I needed a larger size.
