Corelle Vitrelle 6-Piece Appetizer Plates Set, Triple Layer Glass and Chip Resistant, 6-3/4-Inch Lightweight Round Plates, Portofino

These plates have reminded me of what is so great about Corelle--for one thing the products are made in the U.S.A., which is increasingly rare. The Portofino pattern is as pretty as any of the fancier ceramic plates I have looked at. These are amazingly thin and stack up so much smaller than our other plates, also weighing so much less so they don't weigh down the cupboard. We just got them so cannot actually attest to durability (so far, great) but Corelle is famous for its durability and I do remember that being true of my grandmother's dishes years ago. Time will have to tell for that. The only possible concern I would mention for a prospective buyer is that the appetizer plates are a bit smaller than expected--almost like a teacup saucer--so if you want something a bit bigger you might want to get the salad plates instead--but the appetizer ones have a cuter design. They still hold a fair bit and are a great value! I think I am now a fan of this brand after being re-introduced to it.

Corelle glass dinnerware is an outstanding product. I am delighted by its durability and also its light weight and compact storability. The gorgeous blue Italian pattern is fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you and God bless you.

Nice and thin, so stack well, and given their light weight, its easy to move the stacks around. takes up much less pace in cupboards than previous dishware. Seem very durable, wish the set included the salad size plates, which I ordered separately from manufacturer's web page.

Love these plates. I use the as appetizer plates. My plates are white. These are just the touch of color I needed.

Love these little plates. I bought them to get out of the habit of using (constantly buying) the same size paper plates. I use these more than our regular small dinner plates. I use them as spoon rests, or for a scrambled egg, as a snack plate or dessert. I like that they don’t take up a lot of space in the cabinet or the dishwasher.My every day dishes are the Corelle white square. For this little plate I like the pattern and bit of color it adds. As there are only 6 of them and they are to replace paper plates, I am buying a second set to have a dozen. They get used a LOT and don’t last between wash cycles without hand washing several.I definitely recommend them.

Super cute. Design holds up in the wash. Only issue I had was variance in the dark blue coloring. Each plate has a different dark blue.

A bit smaller than I thought but they're good and the quality is as expected. I love Corelleware anyway. Definitely do not stain and they do not scratch. I have used them in the microwave without any problems.

Was very surprised to see Corelle offer such a beautiful, talavera-looking dish set. Our old Corelle set was at least 25 years old and very drab, didn't match things and had a worn look to it. So, after much careful contemplation, I took a risk and ordered. Wow, am I so glad that I did. Beautiful design that blends well with our dining area for everyday use and looks very fancy and inviting. So happy I took a chance. The design of this set makes me really happy everytime we use them. I ordered 2 sets and feel totally satified. I also ordered extra pieces, like the appetizer plates and serving bowls. Totally in love with the set. Oddly, others have favorably noticed and commented on how beautiful they are, as well. Corelle exceeded my expectations by far!

Están Super bonitos y prácticos

Éstos platos no hacen honor a la marca, el dibujo se ve sobrepuesto y le quita elegancia, de ahí en fuera lo demás son platos resistentes , Y esta marca la he usado por muchos años pero en color blanco o con un ligero dibujo, recomiendo la marca pero no este diseño.

Me desilusionó el diseño de los platos...la impresión del estampado es de muy mala calidad, no se ven en físico, como lucen en la fotografía

We bought these plates to add to our collection because our pattern only gave us 4 plates. These are great because even though they are a different pattern, they colour coordinate well with our existing plates! Adding more was necessary other wise we were hand washing the 4 we had all the time.

The plates were exactly as advertised….would do business again.
