I don't see why not. It all depends on what you are attempting to run and if you've done your homework as to impedance, wattage, and how you plan on running them series, parallel, or both. But marine speakers are only 'usually' different by way of being water resistant and or water proof. That's really all that makes them 'special' is usually having a water proof enclosure. As for the amp itself, of course it'll need to be placed somewhere to prevent it from coming into 'any' contact with water.

No it doesn't i had to buy all wiring seperately

I bought this, and am running 2 boss audio 10" subs in parallel @ 2ohms... they work great, but the amp is getting hot. should I run them at 4 ohms?

The amp is under powered and not designed well it got hot running 1 10" with a 300 watt rms
