Item not as depicted...
I was in the market for a fire EXTINGUISHER. After reviewing several of them on Amazon, I finally settled on this particular extinguisher because the price was reasonable and I liked the idea of the alarm so it wouldn't be tampered with by a child in my home. Again, I had looked at several before settling on this model pictured here as an extinguisher with alarm. Imagine my surprise when I received the alarm only. Of course at that point I investigated my sale closer, to find what I actually ordered was just a $30+ alarm with NO extinguisher. The advertised picture should NOT depict a fire extinguisher, or at the very least, should be changed to indicate in bold print (in the header) that a fire extinguisher is not included. Now I'll be throwing this 30 dollar alarm in a garage sale for 2 bucks! VERY dissatisfied.

More a small visual deterrence than anything. Not sure it would make much difference in the end.

Well designed
This is a well designed device and kit. It installed easily and should help deter theft of our fire extinguishers.

Not extinguisher!
This is not a fire extinguisher. Pic was misleading as it is onynthe anti theft portion. Returning. Easy enough though cb it is Amazon and they are awesome!
