It is very good to stop a sorevthroat or runny nose as soon as it starts.

This has no flavor at all, but seems to help some when I take it. I put some into dropper bottle, and squirt a dropper full of it into drink daily. I do take several other things as well.

I really am happy with the product. I am disappointed in how it was packaged to be sent to me with my second order (guessing Amazon fulfillment center) because the bottle was broken and contents leaked out with my second order.
