I’ve been using Gaia Herbs Vitex Berry for a few weeks and I’ve noticed a real difference. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and I feel more in control of my monthly cycle. I spent around two years TTC by the time I stumbled across this supplement. My cycle was irregular, and my hormones were off. Despite being close to fixing it with natural remedies, I was not successful in resolving the problem. When I discovered this, I was skeptical that it would work, but I thought that I had nothing to lose. I did my research and approached with caution, but had no side effects, and I took it daily for the full six months as recommended. I noticed the effects immediately as my cycle returned to normal. Once the six months was finished, I was off of it for a full month and became pregnant the next. I'm now near the end of my second trimester with a healthy baby. It's been 7 months since I last took this but thought it important to add a review and spread the word. I had given up on being a mother and this helped make that happen.

I read that high doses of this supplement was shown to increase libido in both males and females (I'm male, 41 years old). I took the recommended dosage on the bottle for about a week and a half and noticed that my libido tanked to absolutely non existent. Stopped taking them and my libido slowly returned to normal (desiring sex once or twice a week) after another week or so. Maybe long term use would have yielded different results, but I was too scared to continue it any longer than I did.Rating it a 4 because the herb does seem to be potent. I just don't believe the research claiming it helps men increase their sex drive. Could be effective for other uses, though.

This product is amazing! I take this to regulate my hormones and reduce hot flashes. I have gone from having flashes all day every day, to no hot flashes at all during the day and maybe an occasional night sweat 😓

Took these every morning prior to having my second baby. My hormones wasn’t balanced and I was trying to get pregnant and I needed some extra help and this product did it’s thing!! I was taking it for maybe 4 months or so and I was pregnant with our second child. It balanced my hormones. Btw I’m was 35 during this time. This product was very helpful.
