Great pistol , Use Pell gun oil !
Am always reading reviews about people having co2 pistols that leak gas. I guarantee that most all of these people are NOT using pellgun oil. Anybody that knows anything about CO2 guns knows that this is a requirement to prevent seals from leaking and/or going bad. I am 60 years old and have been a collector of air guns since age 8. I have over 230 different types of air guns with around 50% being co2. In all these years I can remember 2 guns that leaked and they came that way new from the factory. And never store your guns with a co2 canister installed , empty or full. That is hard on the seals. When you are done , bleed out the cartridge and remove. I have guns that are 50 years old and have never leaked. Get done shooting and throw the co2 out. At 50 cents each , its better than ruining seals. Wal-Mart a box of 40 co2 cartridges is $20 bucks. Easier than new seals. Pellgun oil on Amazon is $4.00. USE IT !

A pellet gun version of a high point.
Great little target gun! Best quality and feel I’ve ever seen in a pellet pistol! The frame and feel reminds me of a high point pistol to be completely honest. Highly recommend for cheap plinking and young learning shooters. Only downside I should mention is the double action trigger pull.. it’s a hard and fairly long pull but does have a slightly crisp yet mooshy trigger reset which is a nice plus. Only solid pellet blowback pistol I could find and you can even buy extra mags for it. It’s not that crazy fun bc it doesn’t hit as hard a regular pistol round but for new shooters of just self defense practice it’s perfect. And about 1.8 cents a shot is half the price of .22 shooting so I’ll take it! Sadly though, for the money I’d recommend just buying a high point 9mm and have fun with that, the ammo is about 20 cents per round but definetly worth it.

I really wanted to like this pellet gun...
Update 01/23/2021: I have been an Amazon customer now for many years, and I have rarely written bad reviews. However, I really wanted to like this pellet gun (see my 1st review below). But after just a couple of months and a few CO2 cartridges, it began to leak. When I contacted Amazon, I was informed that it was not a returnable item. When I contacted Gamo USA, I was told that it was probably just a seal and that I would have to purchase replacement seals for it. I then mentioned that I only had it a couple of months and shot it very little and was that typical for seals to only last that long? I got no responses except again that seals were not covered. The customer service was nice enough to send me a link of the seals that I needed. So I used their link and purchased the seals. I then discovered how hard it is to remove the old seal! There must be some kind of special tool for this as it was a real chore for me to get the old seal out. Then when I did finally get the old seal out, it was obvious that the seals I purchased were incorrect (turns out they were barrel seals). So I again contacted Gamo and they told me they were sorry and would provide a return authorization, but that I would have to pay for return shipping. Well, the shipping for me was going to cost more than the seals, so I gave up on that. So, I then went to the Gamo USA web site and searched for pellet gun CO2 seals and only found one type available. So I purchased some of those. Today I carefully installed one of the new seals and tested with a brand new CO2 cartridge. I could still hear a leak quite clearly. And within minutes that brand new CO2 cartridge was also empty. Since I already own a Gamo air rifle and have had pretty good luck with it so far, I had high hopes that this pellet pistol issue would be easily resolved. However, IHMO Gamo USA has really poor customer service. My pellet pistol was and still is new enough that it should have just been replaced by Gamo. It was ridiculous for me to go through all this and I still have an $80 pellet pistol that I cannot use. It is beginning to look like I just wasted $80 and I'm really hoping that I don't have any issues with the other Gamo product I own!Original review: I really like this pellet gun. It's a lot of fun to shoot and it looks\feels like a real firearm. If you like to plink at tin cans this is a must. It's does go through more CO2 because of the blowback feature, but it's still really inexpensive to shoot. Probably less than 50 cents for 50 shots depending on how much you pay for CO2. The only complaint I have with mine the CO2 cover comes off way to easily. I've been wrapping mine with electrical tape to keep it from coming off. If Gamo fixed this one issue, this would easily be a 5 star rating.

Very Nice Pistol
I am writing this at the request of my 10-year old grandson. He saved up the money for it, then asked me to order it on his behalf since he is too young for an Amazon account. My grandson has been shooting BB and pellet guns for about one year. He first got interested in shooting through the Cub Scouts when he went to a camp and found out that he is a naturally good shot. We live in a country setting where owning a pellet gun is legal and there is a safe area on the back of our property to do target shooing. The Cub Scouts, his father and I all taught him how to use a gun responsibly. He is has an "engineering type" mind, like me, and tends to thoroughly research anything that he becomes interested in. He owns two rifles and three pistols and shoots most of them daily. He also reads up on guns and watches reviews on YouTube. Therefore, he understands the differences in feel between good guns and poor guns as well as any 10-year old could. The information above is to let you know that, even at 10, he has the knowledge to make an informed opinion. He says that this Gamo P-25 pistol has the feel of quality and is very balanced in the hand. It is powerful and consistently accurate. He is quite impressed with it for the money.

Crisp and accurate but questionable durability.
This was a great air pistol out of the box. It felt and shot like the Walther that I own. After 3 days however, it jammed. With some effort I cleared the jam and although not as Chris it seemed okay. Then on day four I dropped it onto my floor from the countertop which is only four feet. The resulting damage from this minor height was springs and someunknown pieces flying in a few different directions. The trigger spring was one of the casualties, rendering the gun useless as single action was intermittent and double action was non-existent.It's a shame this pistol is so fragile, it was accurate and fun to shoot in the three days that I had it working. I'm surprised as the other products I've purchased from Gamo were more solidly built.

Nice and powerful
Nice piece. Lots of fun, and really hits hard and accurate right out of the package.
