My son is 17 and a very hard sleeper. This loud alarm and the bed vibrator are needed. It really does help make a hard sleeper nudge and have to wake and turn it off. The bed vibration I placed on a bed board so it really vibrates and makes a sound as well. I wish there were an option to have 2 vibration devices for an even stronger shake!! But overall we all are satisfied and he has complimented its ability to wake him.Also we have unplugged it and we do not have to reset everything. Idk what kind of magic is in it, that it keeps track of time when unplugged but we like it.

This felt so lightweight that I thought it might be cheaply made. . . But so far so good - I love it!Great features: the little shaker (that I put in my pillowcase under my pillow) works great; buzzer alarm is also fabulous (I only have it set on the volume midpoint and I can hear it from my living room lol); the led time brightness is adjustable so I have it on high (the light doesn’t bother me and I can see the time without my glasses); I also like that it can be set to military time (24 hr) so I can tell right away if it’s morning or afternoon; and the ability to plug in my iphone charger eliminates the need to use another plug on my surge protector!FYI: I have a sleep disorder and I‘m usually up all night, so it can be very difficult to find something that will wake me and make me actually get up. I was previously setting 3 consecutive alarms on my iphone but it was too easy to snooze or shut it off and go back to sleep. I work part time in the afternoons and woke up late for work again last week (and almost got fired). This came in 2 days (ordered Friday night, got it Sunday) and if it continues to work well, I’ll be all set and very thankful.The price was very reasonable for all these features.

I've had this for about a year and the vibration stopped working. Until then, it was an excellent alarm clock.Here's what I like about it: strong vibration, easy to use (good UX), simple, dependable.What I don't like about it: The alarms shuts off after a few minutes, the vibration broke. This alarm with just sound (no vibration) is too quiet to wake me up.How this compares to other vibrating alarm clocks - The Sonic Bomb has an awful UX. ILuv Timer Shaker is a massive chunky block of plastic and kind of annoying to use. There's an vibrating alarm with a colored light. That clock breaks easily, normally after a few months and then I need to deal with the warranty - I've been through three of that model.

Vendor sent me free replacement without my even asking based on my email to them. New one seems to be working appropriately. Thank you. I will increase rating to 5 stars and add that I would trust ordering from this vendor again.My original review was as follows:Silent alarm doesnt work. About 20 seconds after bed shaker goes off, the beeping alarm goes off too. This happens In spite of clock being set to vibrate only.The beeping only alarm works fine. The dual shaker and beeping alarm mode works fine. But the vibration only mode just won’t work without the beep alarm starting up 20 seconds later, and unfortunately the main reason I bought the alarm was for the silent alarm with bed shaker feature!Anyone else having this happen? Did I get a faulty clock?

This was my second time buying this alarm clock. Unfortunately, the same thing has happened again! It stopped working after approximately 5 months. This has happened twice now!! It just quits working! It is very loud so while it was working it would wake me me up. I don't understand how it just quits working at approximately the same time as before. 5 months working and that is it!! Not a bargain at this rate!! I do not recommend this clock at all. If you buy it, GOOD LUCK!!

I am deaf so even the loudest alarms are useless to me. This model, with it's wireless bed shaker is not only convenient, the vibrations are STRONG enough not to be ignored. Display is bright, large enough to read across the room, and easy to set up.

The good; Easy to see from any distance in the house, great adjustable noise level, two separate alarm settings, adjustable snooze time and the blue tooth bed shaker works. Although I'd be better of putting the shaker under my beanie and wearing it. Only slept through the alarms 3 times, even smoke alarms above my head don't wake me.The bad; all 9 control buttons are on the top. Roll over and hit the snooze, maybe, or one of the set up buttons but not your partner. Yeah, that'll wake you. Just glue a small rubber ball onto the center button and smack that sucker.
