Use this a lot
I am amazed how much I’ve used this. It’s bigger than I had expected but not a problem as I’ve been making casseroles and winter soups that I freeze, in portions. It cleans well in that even caramelising onions for French Onion soup doesn’t mean I have to scrub it clean. Repeated use however does result in a staining build up to the interior that one can’t shift. But it still retains the easy clean surface. I’m think of buying a second smaller one.

Great but...
...I'm not sure about the quality. I've had mine for 2 months now and it has been great for sourdough bread and Sunday lunches. But already I see that the ceramic lining now has a hundred hairline cracks. For the price, it is a bit disappointing.
