Excellent product. Biotin thickening shampoo really thickens your hair. The conditioner detangles and leaves your hair feeling soft and silky.

This is an amazing product has only made my hair healthier and better will never stop re-purchasing.

I just used it once so far. It made my hair dry , fly away with no body at all. I will give it another try but may have to use a better conditioner on it. This may be good for oily hair. Will update if I get better results. 3 stars because it does make hair clean.**Update**Since this review I waited a few weeks and gave it another try. The shampoo really is nice. It lathers great and makes my hair squeaky clean. The conditioner smooths out tangles but for my hair I use a leave in conditioner from the middle to ends.This does make my hair have volume and lift. It makes my hair look fuller and shiny. My hair is wavy but frizzy which is probably why I need a leave in conditioner too. If you have thin hair, you may want to give this a try. Also , I seem to have less hair shedding.

It's not a miracle worker but have noticed considerable hair regrowth while using this product. Hair grows back a little faster. The scent is pleasant and not overwhelming. It's very light on hair and doesn't leave it feeling greasy or heavy.

The use of re:line Biotin hair shampoo and conditioner has completely changed the texture of my fine, thinning hair. I will hopefully never be without it. I’ve tried many other products but this is the absolute best.

The shampoo in the set came all bent. Makes me wonder if it was filled completely with the product? I’m using it anyway because I was out and do like this product but just would not want this to happen again

Loved this shampoo leaves my hair silky. I purchased this due to hair loss I’m having due to a medical condition and medication I have to take. When you look on line you have a wide choice of hair shampoo products which basically say the same thing. But this one was different and I’m glad I did. Will buy again, still loosing hair but less than before and only used the shampoo and conditioner twice. Plus I take Biotin daily. 👍

Had high hopes for this. I have genetically straight, chin length, fine and thin hair. Over fifty with more little more breakage and a little extra hair loss. Light brown/dark blonde with a little grey and my hair is not color treated. This stuff dried my hair out so bad it was near impossible to comb out. Followed all instructions. Yes, I left the conditioner on for recommended period of time. Rinsed accordingly. So, I doubled down on my initial stupid purchase and tried the serum thinking surely, that would help. It did help me get my hair combed out a wee bit, but in the end my hair was still dry, devoid of all body and completely lifeless, more fly-away and thinner looking than ever. Almost frizzy. I have tried lots of hair products over the years and this seems to have stripped my hair of all natural oils and I have never had a worse outcome than this. I had more broken hairs in my detangling brush (even though I was extremely careful) than with previous products. My husband offered to try it—he takes a lot of my rejected products because he isn’t picky and his hair is short, thick and course. I decided to send it back because it was so terrible on my hair, that I wanted my money back. This may work for some as I realize that we are all different—but my hair was brittle and dry. I tried it three times to be sure and each time my hair looked worse than the last. On the scent, it was mild but reminded me of the almost unscented shampoo my dog groomer uses (yuck) and I found it a little unpleasant. Given it was mild, I would have been willing to accept that if it had been good on my hair. I will also say I am not one for strongly scented products, so at least there was that. Back to my search for nourishing hair stuff. BIG, DISAPPOINTED SIGH!
