I have been using these for many years. I take them after eating a meal that is on its way to causing possible indigestion. Like when dining out. I usually eat very simple food so these pills help so much. I say won't leave home without them. They are great for travel too as you know how we eat when we travel. I don't always take the full vial. Depending on how I feel, sometimes I only take half or two-thirds. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.
