YQMAJIM Backup Camera Video Cable CVBS RCA Male Connector to 4 PIN Female Adapter Wire

Well made adapter cable but it does not work straight out of the box with all cameras and stereos. I have a high quality backup camera and a low quality stereo. The stereo uses an RCA jack and the camera uses the 4 pin connector. When plugging directly in to stereo RCA and hooking up red power wire to reverse sensing wire (pink on my stereo), I only got a blue screen. For my application I had to cut the product in this review and splice yellow to black and black to yellow. Now it works great.

I searched for a year trying to find specific adapter. Others say that it is but I always received the wrong adapter. Not this time it plugged right in. It even came with a second plug that you can use to change the adapter wiring. I didn’t need it but I’m hanging onto It.

I needed to hook up my backup camera with the new style 4 pin connector to my radio with the standard yellow connector. This adapter worked perfectly for that purpose.

It was not a plug&play for my vehicle. It came with an additional plug that needed to be used if the original cable won’t work. The instructions were not that clear (i.e. it says there are four wires but actually there were just three of them). That additional plug also did not work. I had to check the wires which one goes where (black to red, red to yellow, yellow to black, white stays disconnected).

This worked so well I ordered a second for another vehicle.Received a different cable I didn’t order. Sent it back and received the different cable AGAIN. I don’t know what to do to get my original cable again. ???

It doesn't work with my rear view mirror, when I tried to connect it, it's showed a blue image, I tried to change and tested with another cable delivered in the same packet but the result was the same
