This is expensive. I am not the type of person to ever spend this kind of cash on skincare - but believe me when I say this is the most lovely, therapeutic, and effective product I’ve used in my skin in a long time. It’s incredibly hydrating but also sinks in so quickly. With continued use I really noticed a “vitality” to my face. My skin looked brighter, more hydrated, and generally youthful. I’ll be repurchasing this.When you apply the serum/essence, it sinks in right away. I feel as if the alcohol in this formulation is helping the ingredients penetrate more deeply, and doing the same for other products you layer on top. If you aren't a fan of alcohol, you can stay away from this. Alcohol does dehydrate skin, but Sulwhasoo seems to have included some deeply hydrating ingredients to counteract this effect. I did some research, and the effect of alcohol on skin has actually be studied quite a bit and they've found no real negative side effects, long or short term. But I don't need research to know this serum makes my skin feel so healthy. The result is a velvety, beautiful texture that sinks in to skin leaving you feeling refreshed and hydrated.

This came highly recommended, Sulwhasoo products are top notch. I’ve been using this serum for 6 months & my skin is noticeably plumper, brighter & overall healthier. I will never stop using this. A small bottle goes a long way as it’s a mixture of liquid & oil. They also have a life changing sheet mask which you can never find in stores. It sells out fast. The moisturizer is good too but super pricey.

Love the smell, light weight and does the job for wrinkles. Can see transformation in about a week with continuous use. I stocked up for the year and will use with rotation with my Shishedo products. Definitely my go to for daily mornings and on the go. I have sensitive skin and high allergies and it’s rare for me to find something that doesn’t burn or damage my skin due to scent and potency level. This is perfect so far and it’s pricey but you get the results. Good stuff isn’t cheap!

This product is great for dry skin and anti-aging. The set is great definitely a great buy.

Sulwhasoo is the best Korean skincare line hands down. With that said, I can’t afford a lot of their products. I use this product and their cleansing oil and foam cleanser. I absolutely love them all! Gentle but workss so well. Definitely a luxury brand. I use this serum to make sure my skin barrier is in good shape so other serums absorb better. Love this company!! Highly recommend.

Love this product, always makes my skin feel clean and moisturized. Never caused me to break out or any burning or stinging sensation but its just a bit expensive. Other than that I love this product as well as the cleansing foam!
