Amazing! I have a flat medial arch, with bunions & this works like magic! Although this feels hard & looks uncomfortable, but you couldn’t be further from the truth…!It works well, and I have little to no pain after using it. It fits into almost all of my covered shoes, even covered dress shoes; although you may have to size up a bit if the shoe is particularly snug.I’ve used the adhesive-backed smaller silicone inserts, but those were much more uncomfortable & didn’t really do much.But this insole is well worth the money & I am so glad I bought it.Yet to see how durable it is, but so far it’s looking good!

Bought these to give them a go as I’ve struggled to find arch supports that are comfortable and fit my shoes nicely. Very pleased to say these fit in most of my sports trainers. They are not cushioned but the height of the arch has relieved my foot pain. They are good quality and have massively reduced the pain I was in from having fallen arches.

I have very high arches and these seem to offer decent support in the pair of wide fit zip and lace up boots I've just bought. The ankle fit is supportive but wider than an old insole I have replaced. This means it seems to fit quite snugly in the boots and other trainers I have, much tighter than the older insoles. That's fine if the shoe has the space but if it is a narrower shoe you might have an issue there. They are firm but this is what high arches need, firm support. I have not yet walked many miles with these in trainers so can't yet say how they would feel in trainers, but my older insoles were firmer also and seemed to soften a bit with time I think.

These turned out to be fine with my flat soles slip on sport shoes but not so with my heavy lead ripped work boots. The combined weight only aggravated my plantar and my impingement. Does it’s job but would prefer something softer next time.

Lasted 12 weeks then they have broke

I've been in absolute Hell with my poor feet for a few years now and have tried so many things to try to make them less painful, with little to no effect..... Until now. I had a thought about high arches and the fact that for years I've used cheap shoes with hardly any arch support. Well, I bought these on a whim and to my amazement my foot pain has stopped, almost over night. The pain used to travel into my calf muscles too and cause numbness and fatigue. This has gone too, I kid you not. I strongly recommend that if you have quite high arches then get some of these to help support your feet. Oh, and buy better shoes too. I got some Sketchers, and coupled up with these supports it's like walking on clouds.I can absolutely recommend this product with all my gratitude and thanks attached to it too.Rock 'n' Roll!😍
