Arrived well packaged and in one piece(was pleasantly surprised since quite often receive broken glass items)Looks fragile, but very cute and elegant. Have it for a week and think enjoying my morning coffe even more.Hand wash only though.. and so far so good. And handle doesn't get hot!

Cute but not durable broke after 2 uses . The handle is very thin so you have to be very careful how you hold it and very hard to clean.

This little pot is perfect for brewing up coffee or tea for one. It heats extremely fast, looks very exotic and is overall very satisfying to use. Note: when pouring water out of this little pot, either do it very quickly or over a sink. The lip design lends itself to a little drippage. I liked this piece of art so much I am giving one or two as Christmas gifts.

I am trying to heal my body and have toxin overload where it is basically terminal now for me. So every toxin counts. I went out to figure out how we get toxins and one of the major thing is buying junk from China that has particles we consume as it flakes etc. So i went looking for a way to make my hot chocolate without having to drink poison. I thought this would be bigger. its very small but its okay. One cup at a time. I even forgot about it while making tea and it didn't break or catch on fire. I almost returned it after reading the reviews as I am clumsy type person, but guess what. It hasnt broke yet and im not exactly graceful in the kitchen! I highly recommend this. Just be careful. it is small and it is glass. but at least there is no non stick shedding making me more ill.

It's fragile because it's glass- so duh. I loved it while I had it. Used it every single day since i felt confident I was reheating items without toxins or chemicals. I broke it when I hit the handle on another pot when I was washing dishes by hand. This item needs to be washed, cared for with lots of attention because it will break. It made me a little stressed each time I washed it so I decided not to buy another one to replace it. I'm using stainless steel pot to reheat instead because I'm not as careful as I need to be to keep this item.

Product is durable and perfect looking. I bought the same pot from the company in my country and this time I ordered it for a friend as a gift. . . i am still waiting for the product but due to carrier company in my country

This works as good as any pot on the stove, it’s made well, but not sure what it adds. I thought it would be a great way to make just a cup of hot coco. I it heats well, but burns the chocolate. I did not burn the milk I was standing right there and watched stirring the milk so it wouldn’t burn. Took it off before it boiled and the chocolate seemed to get stuck in the groves at the bottom and burnt after the milk was poured off. I could not clean and had to toss the item. A small sauce pan works the same and is easier to clean. Just thought this would be fun. Would have been just as much fun to light a $20 dollar bill and watch it burn.
