Great value, largish tablet.
Was looking for a zinc, magnesium and vit D all in one and here it is! Great value for the whole year. Helps with my sleep regulation taken an hour before bed. Slightly large tablet. No after taste. Only minus is it does t include B6. £1 coin for photo reference.

Protect yourself and the NHS
As instructed by a top rheumatologist, I take this every day. Horrible, huge, chalky lumps. I don't like it, but you gotta protect yourself where you can. It's your duty not to make your problems the NHS's problems where possible.

Massive tablets
The tablets are huge but you can just snap in half which is a bit annoying to do but it's not the end of the world.

Great value. Make them a bit smaller!
These tablets are great value for money and made in the UK.The pack size saves on transport and packaging, as you get a year's supply.The only slight negative, is their size, making them awkward to get down! My wife has given up and gone back to Superdrug..

Good product.
The tablets are a bit big as I cut it into 3 pieces before swallowing. Apart from that they are good for health.
