Tastes good
Can not taste that it is diabetic spread. Makes you feel normal having something that would otherwise be too high in sugar.

LOW IN SUGAR BUT do not expect miracles with calorie content,
Very good to avoid blood glucose spikes, but not low in calories since, like with other regular spreads, there is a consistent fat content.The taste is very similar to famous brands, my super fussy hubby did not taste the difference.It's not super expensive but also not cheap. This will help with a sensible use. And remember, excessive use can lead to tummy aches .
