YBB Pitcher Rinser Cup Washer Glass Cleaning Rinser with Side Sprays, Drain and Drip Tray for Bar Coffee Shop (13.8" x 6.3" x 1")

This product has been amazing. We purchased this glass rinser for our beach town bar in Costa Rica. We are a very popular spot and this washer has been used nearly every day for 3 years (minus 8 months in 2020). When I say used every day... I'm not talking about a few times a day... but constant all-day use. We use this to rinse our cocktail shakers and we make a lot of cocktails! There have been zero problems with this glass washer. When I first received it, I was worried that the black sprayer part might break because it looks like some kind of plastic... but it is still going strong. We also have a lot of rust challenges being so close to the ocean and outside, but there is no rust on this. We are in the process of opening another location so I immediately searched through my old orders to find this exact glass rinser. I am ordering 2 more of these for the new place. I am very happy with this item.

I have two of these in two different coffee shops. They have both stopped working. What is the warranty on these?

We own multiple coffee shops and have never had issues with other ones. This product was installed and worked fine for 2 months. It then started sticking and spraying water everywhere. We tried to work with support but were unable to resolve issue or get replacement.
