This has assisted my at home with the lack of curve in my lower back without being extremely painful. I do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. My lower back pain reduced. The warmup exercises the come with the fulcrum are wonderful too. If your back situation is like mine, you are limited on abdominal exercises. I can tell a difference since using the fulcrum.

I originally purchased this to replace a similar product I had received from my chiropractor. My old one was slightly better in regards to the materials it was made with -- but this one works great and is a lot less expensive. I'm very satisfied with it - in fact when I lost mine during a recent move, I purchased another one.

The fulcrum is amazing! I have been able to stretch my back and obliques in a way I have not been able to do easily. I highly recommend it to anyone whose back is tight.
