WeberN'Orleans Cajun Seasoning, 5 Ounce Shaker

I used this seasoning after using another brand which seemed like just salt. McCormick has a great blend of spices and a slight bit of heat. Nothing over powers the rest. It’s a true blend. I’ve mostly used it on white fish. I’ve thought about putting it on fries. Please note that I have never had authentic Cajun food.

We love this seasoning! I use it for frying turkeys, and boiling peanuts. Great value for the size. Flavor is perfect, not too hot with just the right amount of heat.
