Love the product. Feels good quality. Looks good. Was easy to install. My only complaint was that the plate isn't wide enough to cover the extra holes on my sink. Was able to purchase a longer one. Just something I wish I had thought about before ordering.

Recommended. Fairly easy to install. The only problem was the downspout pipe was smaller than my original so I need a different sized compression nut to attach to the U-trap - for the time being I just filled the space with caulk.I like the waterfall design. This faucet went in the downstairs half-bath near near my foyer.

The media could not be loaded. I've tried to call the company but it's a Chinese line and I emailed but haven't heard back yet.I bought this and installed it about a year ago and just had to pay a plumber $80 to come look at it only to tell me the product was faulty and the pressure is lacking due to the aerator which would be a $250 dollar fix!!! For a $60 faucet! This faucet therefore is not 50 it has now cost me a significant more money. I would like the company to reach out to send a replacement because that would be the only way to make this any way worth it.I would not recommend this company so far or this faucet. Youll pay more to fix it than it's worth. We can't even wash our hands or brush our teeth with the water pressure.

I absolutely love these faucets. They are so nice looking and work great. Easy to install too.

Made the mistake of buying it and keep it more than 30 days before installation. Faucet is good, no issue there. Drain is totally opposite. Nut slips and cannot tighten it and I was using two fingers, no tools. Basically useless. Since faucet is different color than old one, had to buy a separate drain and put sink out of service for two days. Tried to balance my rating but just hard to give them more than 2 if you have to buy something else during installation.Update 13 Mar 2023 - I contacted the Seller thru Amazon and after few messages back and forth in the weekend they told me that they will replacement drain assembly. In the messages I pointed to a plastic drain that they show in one of their pics so most likely this is the one they will send. Will update with pics when I get it and may also update the rating.Update 23 Mar 2023 - After several messages and DHL not finding my name, I received the replacement drain in a very good packaged box, looks like they are selling the drain separate too. It is exactly the same as the one in the original package. I tested the nut by holding the silicon washer and tightening the nut by hand and it did not slip as the original. The nut is also is not loose as the original. So, I assume the original was just bad quality nut that did not meet the specs but was not checked/discovered.I raised the rating from 2 to 4 for the service and the replacement part. I wanted 3.5 but Amazon does not allow it. The fact is I had to buy another drain to get the sink in operation and could not leave it without drain for 12 days. The faucet is good and took mins to install. The drain itself is good material except that nut issue. So, I opted for 4 stars at the end.

We all loooove this faucet. I chose this design over other similar models based on the slightly deep set water screen. Most are flush set, showing the rather ugly screen I did not want to see. This one is set back enough to keep the focus on the beautiful water flow and not the inevitable water deposit residue bound to build up over the years.Notice the water flow turned on high still stays perfectly within this very tiny bathroom sink without splashing out.Adorable, nostalgic design!
