everyone loves this chocolate. I bought it to melt, dip over caramel apples this time. But I have used this for the best chocolate covered strawberries, even better chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered oyster crackers, hot chocolate bombs. Take two crackers out peanut butter between chocolate cover. This chocolate melts well,is smooth, and best of all delicous. Great taste. I melt in aluminum pie plate on a warming plate. tip. Never let water get in any chocolate

These are high quality chocolate wafer. Do not have any Gritty taste. Melts really well. The only thing is I found them on another site for much much cheaper and they were exactly the same.
