Quality repair manual
I received this manual in perfect condition. I actually received it a day earlier than the expected delivery date. Like all the Haynes automotive and truck manuals, it has a complete and precise listing of procedures for doing repairs. I look forward to using it for several repairs.

Good manual...
This manual seems to have a lot of good information and is very usable. I own a 2008 Ford F150 and I recently used this book to help me change out my coils. I also referred to it a couple of times when I did a recent cold air intake conversion. The pages themselves are very flimsy - like newspaper. You just have to be careful not to rip the pages - which is easy to to - as you turn and refer to them. This book has a LOT of very useful and relevant information - even little side bits of info and warnings about how best to do or not do something - and that's probably the reason for the thin pages. Any thicker paper and this manual would have probably been too big to be useful. :-) So, so far I've found it useful and I'm happy with it.

Manual is okay. Some sections have just enough info to get you in trouble. I mean, this 3/4" thick book is supposed to cover 2 generations of F150 so you decide. If you read carefully, work carefully and slowly you'll probably be able to do what DIY'ers are capable of. Look before you leap. Haynes actually has pretty good manuals but I believe they could do a lot better. Even if you had to pay more for a higher quality manual it would be worth it. Maybe have two or 3 tiers. It's difficult to find shop manuals anymore, with everything requiring a mouse-click so a more thorough manual might have appeal.

A "Must have" for every F-150 owner!
As an avid motorcycle owner/rider I have learned that a service manual for EVERY vehicle you own and plan to work on is essential to do things right! Also makes for a lot less headaches of trying to figure things out yourself! This manual is pretty accurate, although I've read other reviewers say it's lacking some things. That said, I don't plan on doing any major overhauls but the more easier issues I plan to tackle myself. This book will definitely help! Some of the pictures (in black and white) can be hard to see but if you have a general idea then you should be able to figure things out. (And what you can't, well, YouTube is always your best friend!) They also include arrows that point to specific parts and bolts, etc.Again, a must-have for any Ford F-150 owner.

Good depending on what your needs are...
This was a bit more than I wanted. If your a "shade tree" mechanic, I could see where this would be very good. If it come to a motor/transmission, I'm taking it to the shop. I was looking for a book with part numbers and helping hints such as issue with power outlets/cigarette lighter, troubleshooting water stain on roof lining, etc...but want more detail than most amateur YouTube can or will provide so I don't think I'll be using it much. However it does have it's purpose and could be very useful. Seems to be well written.

Great Book
This repair manual book has saved me 100’s. An emissions code appeared on my F150 1 month after my warranty went off and the dealership wanted $149 for a diagnostic to confirm the problem gave a potential quote to replace the 3 sensors indicated in the reading was $425. With the assistance of this book I was able to confirm the reading from the sensors, verify what needs to resolve my issue. Inturn I saved the entire $149 for the diagnostic and only spent $16 for the wrench that I did not own and $69 for the 3 sensors. Even if I add in the cost of the book I still saved almost $500 simply by buying a book. I am 100% satisfied.
