I've used several different holding gels for my locs, and this one is one of my favorites because it does not leave flakes or make my hair look dull or greasy. Also, it holds pretty well without making my hair feel rock hard. If you are looking for a gel that holds for a super long time, this isn't it. However, it does hold most of the day. It smells good. The texture is thick, sticky, and hard. It doesn't feel dry though, but rather has a bit of oil to it. I would and have bought again.

Hold100% Does not turn white. Works for the thinnest to the thickest....it will conquer all hair types!!!!!

So far this is the best edge gel I’ve used. It’s good because it keeps my hairs in place and is not overly greasy. Even in the hot temperatures, it melts, but it’s not horrible and still my hair says laid. I have locs so I haven’t tried it on all of my hair, just the edges.

This the first using this gel for braiding and locking my hair and it had a great hold for several days on my hair texture. I would buy this product again.

Great product, holds for a long time, use small amount, too much can turn hair white but just apply a little water to not turn hair white.

This is the best braid gel! It has a clean citrus sent. It not only works for braids. It also is a great edge control and hold for my curls when I’m trying to do a wash and go or for when I need to blend my natural hair into my curly half wig
