Does anyone think I would have a problem using this in my chainsaw? If now what would be a good ratio. I use husqvarna oil at 2.6 oz/gallon now.

Works great in chainsaws and other hand held equipment! 2.56oz oil to gallon would be 50:1 ratio, you could continue to use that in most equipment.

will this oil work on injection systems?

It might, but it's not supposed to used in oil injection situations. Premix only.

Will this mix well with methanol for use in model aircraft engines?

Yes, mixes well with methanol, says so on the label. I use both Klotz Techniplate and Super Techniplate in methanol fuels.
