I purchased to use in my hip for my nerve damage. I'll be honest I prefer patches for my pain but I can't use them all the time or everywhere and cream comes in handy especially if my feet or ankles hurt after a long day.BUT I have also used for my tattoos in the last 3 years. The only time it didn't work it's best was probably on me then the product. My bottle was nearly empty, had that smell like it was past it's last leg and I should have just ordered more before my appointment. It's not instantaneous so I'm not sure if those using for your ink applied it at your shop or before your appointment? I usually added 30 mins to an hour before the appointment. I have ink now on both arms, near my wrist and on my pinky finger and honestly this last visit was my first time with like breakthrough pain but again my bottle wasn't new possibly even close to expiration date.Will buy more.

This doesnt work very well at all. Followed the directions but no numbing. Not until you actually tattoo and then apply to the area, does it do any numbing. Was definitely let down by this because its not worth the price. I do NOT recommend. Also the directions they explain on here isn't the same as on the tube. Does NOT numb the area prior to doing a tattoo. Im just thankful i took precautions and tried it on myself before anyone else. I would have had some not too pleased customer just as im not too pleased.Update: They continued to email me asking me to take down my review and credit me half of what I paid... Said if I gave a 5 star and good review, they'd then credit me for the full price. ~BEWARE OF THIS SCAM~ Im not changing my review. This went back and forth a while. So i said I didnt want the money back and that this review will stay. Asked me to lie to get my money back... Thats bad business. PERIOD

Works great, great thickness, isn’t runny and I got some in my hair with no greasy residue left behind. It is a white creamy consistency, so I thought it would be greasy. Working in ER’s all my life, it’s a whole new world seeing things we used to inject for painful procedures, sold on the open market legally and great care in processing so it’s safe for consumers. This is by no means a replacement for a Dr or an EMT in emergency situations, but a grand baby with a boo boo will smile much sooner after that concrete scrape if the wound is cleaned properly and a small dot of this rubbed on. It is not in place of medical care and always refer to professionals for advice on use and care of wounds and medications. This is just one of the many ways I use it in my household.Oh yeah, great price too!

Now this one may be on me completely, but I initially tried this product on my leg as a test patch for hair removal. It seamed to work just fine and for the most part took away about 90% of the pain.The next time I used it, it did nothing. I used exactly as instructed (except for the wrap) and I could definitely feel everything.I will try again with wrap and even in the shower to open the pores more and hope that helps. Once, I do so then I will update my review.Also, keep in mind every body is different so this just may not have as much effect on me as it would someone else.

I used this after aggressive dermabrasion. The pain disappeared as soon as the lotion touched the scrubbed skin. I only used it minimally. I will update when I use it for micro needling.

I know this is marketed for tattoos and piercing's. I have never needed anything numbing for the tattoos I have even the one that took 5 hours I was fine we just took a few breaks here and there.I got this to try with my hands as my CTS is getting a bit worse as I get older but I am not ready to consider surgery as an option for symptom relief. My hands seem to bother me the most in the mornings so when I get up I apply this and by the time I have had my coffee my hands are ready to take on the day.It does give a lot of relief to the pain associated with carpal tunnel syndrome, and as a content creator I am very happy with that. I am using my hands to type or edit videos up to 16 hours a day sometimes and needing relief is a must.I do recommend if you are needing to relieve pain associated with CTS. It is a short term non invasion solution to help you get on with your day. The tube is lasting me a good while and is cheaper than some prescription creams I have had in the past with the same 5% lidocaine so a good value for the money for me.

We bought this for numbing piercing sites, and tested it on multiple people. For me and my brother it kicked in really quickly and wore off really quickly (and didn't numb very much). We tried it on the backs of our hands. For our friend, who put it on their belly, it kicked in quickly and worked very well.Ultimately it didn't work very well on me so I'm not keeping it, but I guess it just depends on if it works on you? It didn't smell and was surprisingly moisturizing, but yeah, maybe not great for tattoos or piercings
