So much better than expected!
We loved the idea and took a chance on ordering the kit. IT'S AMAZING! The screws hold up to 3 pieces of cardboard together, the tools actually work as designed, and the forts/houses/creations hold together for a longer period of time than we would have imagined.

Great idea, responsive company
My kids really love this product and had fun with it right away, out of the bag. Unfortunately the saw piece broke immediately. We used scissors to cut the cardboard. And also had a hard time getting the pieces to poke through the cardboard, so scissors again. Definitely requires adult help which became frustrating for my seven and ten year olds. I wrote the company and they were very responsive, sent us a new kit right away! Not sure how they can make a more durable product, while also still being safe for little hands…so not their fault, but a bit of a bummer that it requires so much adult help.

Fun and Entertaining
Used these to make a halloween costume with cardboard. The kids helped me and loved every bit of it! When people would see them on the costume they thought they were the best thing ever. Very easy to use.

Awesome concept, but knife not sturdy
My 5yo son was so excited to get this for Christmas as he loves to create things. He got to work with some boxes I had saved from packages, but within 15 minutes, the knife had snapped as you can see from the picture. He was not being silly or rough with the knife and was using standard brown cardboard boxes (mostly Amazon ones). It is such a cool concept but the design of the knife is flawed because of how quickly and easily it snapped. Perhaps a tapered knife to give it some more strength? Aside from the junky knife, the screws/screwdriver are great and really fun to use. Just mostly disappointed in the quality of the knife!

Kids will love it
I bought this for 2 of my nephews and I think their parents will enjoy watching their creativity in what they choose to build. I also love that when your not using it you can put it back in the bag and it does not take up alot of space.

Terrible quality. Doesn’t work.
The media could not be loaded. I was trying to buy some Makedo for my kids but inadvertently bought this cheaply made copy. A costly mistake as everything about it shows a complete lack of thought for its end user - children. The quality is terrible, from the packaging through to the parts. Of biggest concern are the sharp burrs at the tip of most of the screws which could easily scratch or break skin. Not safe. The saw doesn’t work at all - I’m not sure etailz ever tested their own product because the plastic material is too soft so it just bends even when attempting to cut a basic Amazon box.I will not be giving this product to my kids as it’s neither safe nor functional. Don’t waste your money on this rip-off.
