I've been drinking this protein for like almost two years because it really is the best I've tasted out there but I'm currently looking to make more gains since I lift weights and I've switched to isolate protein powder but this is still top tier protein powder and I will always come back to it.

This vegan protein powder is AMAZING! Unlike other soy products, this protein powder is easy on the stomach. I love how clean the ingredients are, and the flavor is phenomenal. I love mixing this protein powder with berries or bananas. I actually enjoy getting my protein in with KOS. I will definitely be buying more of their flavors in the future!

Love this brand. This is one of my favorite flavors and is great in chia seed Pudding, smoothies, etc.

It's grainy. It's flavour tastes odd. It's not for me but it doesn't hurt my stomach- but neither does Ghost's whey protein. If you're vegan, I'd say great choice because it's a sacrifice you're willing to make. So I give it three stars because I support the cause. 🥹 But I will be gifting it to my plant based fried. Sorry vegan community.
