Its so hard to eat just the recommended serving. Im very happy that these are not roasted with seed oils which are terrible and inflammatory in the body. Might be a little salty for some but for me its perfect. My body requires a little more salt than usual because i workout often and i profusely sweat. This is a big bag and it should last me quite awhile.

Great nuts-I’ve been buying them for some time-used to be able to get them in 1-2 days with prime-now there’s a 1-2week lead time-I prefer the faster shipping. I’m not as likely to buy if I have to wait that long.

We purchased these Brazil nuts for their nutritional value. Brazil nuts are a good source of selenium. It is advisable you not consume a lot. We eat 1 per day even though they are quite tasty. The package we received was very fresh. Because of the length of time we are consuming we keep them in the freezer. We take out a few, store in ziplock bags and refrigerate. This product is very good quality nuts. We felt like they were a good value as well for quality and quantity.

I was so surprised at how fresh and tasty these nuts are. I expected them to taste like the ones I get from the grocery store. I just didn't know what fresh was! I take one Brazil nut per day for selenium and now I will actually enjoy it.
