This sink is beautiful. I was worried it wouldn’t match my black stainless appliances perfectly, but it’s even better than I imagined! It came packaged very nicely. Instructions were clear which made it easy to install. It does not easily show fingerprints on the front and it is super easy to clean. I love the metal insert for the bottom of the sink. It keeps everything neat and tidy while dishes are drying. The size is also incredible. It makes washing big pots and pans a breeze. Can’t say enough good things about this sink- it’s perfect!

Sink is a good bang for the buck. Cheaper than the box stores and arrived on time and as promised. The sink is heavy duty and we love it. The roll up drying rack is one of our favorite features, but I also like the drain cover. Very impressed with this product and would purchase again.

Seems to be great quality, especially for the money. Looks very high-end. Install was fairly straightforward if you’re at all handy.Feels like good quality.I love the included drying rack and the rack that sits in the bottom of the sink that keeps all the dishes off the bottom. I did not predict how much of a game changer that bottom rack would be.If we moved houses I would buy the sink again with confidence

This sink was installed on 6/5/21. After 3 years of moderate usage a safety issue has developed and has a high risk of serious laceration. The sheet metal on the front apron of the sink has become delaminated from the top of the surface of the apron. When working at the sink this is the area where one tends to rest their arms and elbows. This joint failure now flexes and is very sharp and is a pinch point. This sink has not been abused or damaged in any way, this failure was first noticed on 5/20/24. At the time of this review Kichae has been contacted and informed of the issue however they have not returned any of my messages. I will update this review if they respond to my messages. This sink is mounted under a granite countertop and will require a granite countertop contractor to remove the countertops so that a new sink can be installed. I highly recommend looking at a different sink manufacture, consumer safety was not taken into account in the design and build of this sink.

The sink was advertised as being 9 inches deep. The basin may be 9 inches deep but when matching it up to the kitchen base it sits in, the face is 8 inches deep. Since I didn’t have the time to send back and order from somewhere else, I had to retrofit the sink base cabinet. It looks awful that I needed to add a 1 inch filler under the face of the cabinet. I will not recommend this product to anyone. Don’t believe the measurements. It’s 8 inches, not 9 inches.

Update 10/3 - our contractor installed the sink this week as part of the kitchen renovation and it looks great! Performs even better. The sound sound insulation is really good. Our noisy garbage disposal seems way quieter thanks to the thick sink construction. The touchless faucet fits well and water is channeled quickly to the drain. The sink is plenty big enough for large pots and pans. It’s a steal of a deal at half the cost of what we saw at Home Depot and Lowe’s. This is truly a five star product.Original review - 09/25Came well packaged and with all the items shown on the listing. The sink itself seems high quality with insulation on the underside of the sink. This will get professionally installed by our cabinet refacing contractor next week. Very pleased with packaging, delivery and initial review of the contents.
