Neuropathy, on the feet, legs is a common ailment, and difficult to manage. My A1C has been a little high in the past, but is normal as of the last blood test. Still I get frequent foot pain, and my feet and lower legs are numb. It may have been caused by type two diabetes, or some other unknown factor. I've had edema and an underactive thyroid gland for years. I know of most of the ingredients in this, and they do work as pain killers. Some may even help the underlying condition, but there's questionable science involved there.ALA or alpha lipoic acid, it one of the main pain killing supplements for nerve pain. This has a lot more beneficial substances though. A great B Vitamin Complex with large amounts of all the major B Vitamins, especially B12, which I like high doses to help my normally anemic red blood cell count. It has Chromium which is shown to be a probably aid to metabolize insulin. The one I looked at directly when ordering this is the additional ingredient Magnesium Stearate. It's a primary ingredient in one of the highly advertised infomercials as an aid to help reverse neuropathy. The juries out on that, but as long as it's not harmful, I'll keep trying things to help the condition. Non GMO, and Gluten free, the company is also local to my state (Indiana) and has a good reputation.Recommended.

I've been taking these for almost a month, and they have helped the pain in my feet. I have had neuropathy in me legs and feet for years. Taking prescription meds to help manage the pain, but they just aren't enough and I hate to ask the doctor to increase them or change them, so I started trying different supplements. This one has all the ones that are normally stated to help with neuropathy.Now to note another aspect. I have nerve damage in my right leg, caused by a cryoablation procedure done to freeze a tumor on my right kidney. The doctor forewarned me that they would end up damaging the nerve because part of the nerve that goes to the thigh was wrapped around the tumor. For a while the nerve pain was awful. Then it got to where I could tolerate it but it was still there. After taking this supplement, I'm not feeling as much of the 'electric' shooting pains that I felt before. The numbness is still there but the pain is easing up. So for that reason alone, I will continue taking this super supplement!
