Sally Hansen Advanced Hard as Nails™, Clear Nail Strengthener, Includes Retinol and Nylon, Nourishing

I decided on day to actually learn what you are supposed to do with your nails correctly and decided to not just buy stuff from the dollar store anymore. That lead me down a deep rabbit hole about which products where best, the types of nail polish, undercoats, top-coats, gels, hardeners and AHHHhhhh! Suffice it to say I am more familiar and comfortable building a fire in my wood stove or fixing things around the house.I am also... kinda of cheap because I have brilliant children who will want to go to college someday and other things I am always saving up for.So, with all of that in mind I started the journey towards finding high quality but not too expensive clear coats. This was one of the 3 I bought and I am absolutely impressed! It lasts for weeks. I am pretty rough on my nails but this stuff just lasted and continued being shiny, smooth and keeping my nails happy.One thing I did notice which is probably just because I have never used anything like this before was that instead of breaking off in one big break like my nails normally do, with this on they flaked in layers or broke in smaller ways just at the tips. It didn't seem like it caused any negative issues because nails will always break eventually, but that was a change in how they reacted I noticed.So for the price and what it is the quality is there. It isn't too thick which is nice, and it dries quickly. Can't ask for much more for a basic hardener/clear coat.

I thought I'd give it try and wow I worked 3 shifts as a server my hands are constantly in water and we clean our own plates it didn't chip at all it looks as good as it did 4 days ago

Truly does make a difference in hardness of my nails. They don’t break nearly as easily. It does smell pretty bad, so I recommend opening a window when using.

This is an inexpensive way to keep your nails looking great. Use is as a base for colors, then as a top coat. Your manicure will easily last a week.

This is an excellent product. It hardens nails as it claims. This product dries to a glossy finish, so if you don't want that, you can apply a different product afterward that dries to a matte finish on top.

Have used this product for many years, keeps nails healthy when you might have health concerns

Smells terrible (like toxic chemicals), but a solid OG top coat. I continue to buy because it dries quickly, is easy to apply, and lasts.
