Never used this type before and wished I had. I used them to put up coat hooks on a plaster board hollow wall. Really secure and the coat hooks won’t be going anywhere by the feel of them

Bought these after seeing an online review video. So far I would agree that they are pretty strong though time will tell. Fitting is fairly easy: after drilling a 13mm hole, push the metal anchor end sideways through the hole and straighten up, then pull the collar down the zipwires until it fits neatly in the hole. Then snap off the plastic zipwires and apply the screw.The big advantage of these over, say spring toggles, is that the screw can be completely removed. This was handy in my case as I was attaching a thick (44mm) batten to the wall and had to drill part through the batten to allow adequate amount of the screw to pass through the wall into the fixing. I also used them to mount a TV with no problem at all - very solid.The only slight issue I had with them was that one of the eight fixings failed, causing the metal anchor to fall down the back - a massive pain as I had no spares so I had to order another pack. They also took a fair while to arrive with repeated delays, leading me to go and order some BullFix fasteners in the meantime. When they arrived, they were just in a plastic bag - no paperwork of any kind - including instructions. Other than that, a great product.

Nice and solid. You do need a 12-14mm hole in your plaster board to fit these, and the long screw is necessary to reach the metal back part one you mount something. Worked well for my TV and heavy shelves.

Excellent product will use again and easy to use.

Brilliant works perfectly

Got these for “just in case” as we have plasterboard walls, which i hate with a passion especially trying to get a reasonable fix. I saw these on a video, and thought i’d give em a whirl. Haven’t used in anger yet, but when needed they should help. There are others on the market, but are much more expensive, they come with all the fixings etc, so should help a lot.
