Installed on a 2023 Ram 1500, 6'4" bed, new body style w/o Rambox. I noticed that everyone in the reviews complained about the included instructions so I really didn't pay any attention to them. Rather I just looked it up on Youtube and within a couple of minutes found an install video where I could watch some other guy install it. That made my install fairly straight forward.Pro's- Feels like good quality. Fit is very good. Looks nice. Does exactly what it was created to do. Packaged very well. Not too difficult to install. Shipping was faster than I expected. Didn't have to drill a single hole in my truck.Con's / FYI- The tailgate is harder to shut now, because the top fits so tight, which of course is intentional to keep out water and debris. Just need to make sure it is actually shut, or else it might fall open later.- If the T bolts were about 1/16th of an inch longer it would be MUCH easier to install. However, the instructions do point out that you need to push down on it while you get the T bolts together. It is a bit tricky to have to do both at the same time, but it works. Just a tad longer bolts would eliminate the trouble entirely.- The rubber strips that fit in the T track are a pain to install (possibly due to the high humidity). I took a little of the included oil on my finger and just barely lubricated the T track, then they went in just fine.- 6 clamps are included to hold the cover to the truck bed. In my case, 4 of the clamps were longer than the other 2. I didn't even notice this when I installed it. But I sure did notice it when I tried to shut the top after installation. Those 4 longer clamps stuck out directly in the way of the top making it imposible to close or open. I reached out to the seller through the amazon 'return or replace'/'contact the seller' option in my 'orders' section. They sent me 4 of the correct shorter clamps to resolve the issue. I suppose as an alternative, one could just cut the longer clamps shorter to make them fit if needed. Kudos to the seller for handling it.- Me being nit picky; this cover does take up some space at the cab side of your bed, so plan to lose a little bit of cargo room.Overall, I really like it. I'm glad I got it. It does what I wanted.

Assemble in the truck bed. Takes about 2-3 hrs solo. Watch the video. 4 of the clamps have to be cut off to match the 2 Shorter ones. So far bed is dry and the system works well. Put first 2 clamps on closer to the cab dont tighten. then put the back 2 on. measure and adjust the tailgate close gap 1/8 inch. tighten all clamps and nuts. slide the cover make sure is smooth. Then put the middle clamps on last and secure.Difference in this and a higher price ones is no ball bearings on the rail system. So it is a little more difficult to slide in and out. If i were to use daily that would be a reason to go with one with the bearings.

The media could not be loaded. I have to say the install was not terrible at all. Will take two people to place the bedcover in the truck. The final adjustment’s are minor. Over all an amazing product and I am very pleased with the purchase. Also side note the seller got my order to me weeks before the delivery date.

This is a very nice cover for a good price (compared to other roll-up covers). I must note that the 6'-4" cover is $200 more than the 5'-7" for some unknown reason.) Installation was difficult. First I had to remove my bed liner and cut off the part that folds over the front of the bed. Then some of the mounting screws did not line up. Also, 4 of the clamps for mounting the cover to the bed were too long so I had to install them backwards (the bolt heads were on the outside and I could not get a ratchet on them). There are a number of set screws that require final adjustment too. Those are convenient, but challenging to get them "just right".Lastly, the box that the cover rolls into is much larger than I expected - even though I knew the dimensions when I bought it. If you have a short bed, then this might be too much room to sacrifice, but I'll be OK since I have the 6'-4" bed.Pros: Nice looking, appears to be good quality, good price.Cons: Installation is quite difficult. Instructions are poor. Exposed silver screws on an all black cover.

I’ve purchased this bed cover 2 times for a 2021 and 2025 Ram 1500 Quad cab truck. It fits perfectly. I never had any problems using the cover every day.

Please do not buy this item. It DOES NOT fit the described trucks. I have a 2024 Ram 2500 and it was not wide enough to fit my truck bed. I sent it back for a refund and the seller made me pay shipping to return it ($584). Absolutely not worth the headache that you’ll be put through. Buy from a reputable company and avoid this at all costs. Still hoping they’ll refund my shipping cost but the seller denied the claim once already.

For better experience installation, I recommend to use another person assistance, it can be done by one but will be more difficult. Overall is easy to install, just need to cut some screws. The price is another thing I like compared wirh other brands. I would definitely recommend this tonneau.I'm updating mine review because I recently noticed that my cover stopped being lockable in any position. I got in contact with the syneticusa customer service and the person who contacted me told me the cover was designed like that. I replied to him and respectfully told him that's not what they advertise and of course there was no more answer from him. They precisely say the cover can be lockable at any position and in fact mine did it for a while, but not any more. In a second note, I still give this cover 4 stars because is strong, still roll perfectly, and can be locked at the end so I can still protect my stuffs when traveling.
