Like so many people caring for an older relative with bladder issues, I searched high and low for proper fitting, absorbent disposable underwear. These excellent undergarments offer the most value for the money and are the best I have found. Name brands can cost over $1.20 each. These currently cost .51 each (Medium Size, 80 count for $40.93) and are just as absorbent and comfortable. Highly recommended.Plus, the customer service is excellent. During one order, the shipment was lost in the mail and the company immediately offered a refund or replacement. McKesson undergarments offers peace of mind without breaking the bank.

I ordered these when I wasn't able to get my usual brand. They appeared comparable and the description sounded similar. So I ordered the same size, but in heavy absorbency. I rarely write reviews, but then, I have rarely been so disappointed in a product. These are nothing like my usual brand, or anything I would ever buy at all. The sides of the pull up are longer than the middle which is too short to be comfortable. These are supposed to be unisex, but there's a lot of extra padding in front while the leg holes are huge. The holes are so large, and the pull up is so short that it slides up in back very uncomfortably.But all this pales beside the fact that these pull ups LEAK! They constantly leak out the leg holes. And I couldn't figure out why my clothes were getting wet. Then I noticed that the core is not like a gel or polymer, but more like padding. And it clumps. The clumps pull apart, leaving very thin areas where liquid leaks through the back of the material of the pull up. In addition to wet clothing, in wearing these pull ups I have ended up with soaked nightwear, bed pads and sheets. If I could return these pullups I would. I can't recommend them to anyone, based on my experience.
