Great knife, great price. And, it's pretty :)
I use this knife all the time around the house. I've had it for awhile now and use daily. Has a nice weight. Easy to open and close. Still sharp. The multicolored blade is pretty. Nice to have functional and pretty, too!

Solid Knife
I purchased this knife to add to my everday carry items (phone, wallet, keys). I wanted this knife primarily for protection and self defense. I am 18 and not of age to buy and conceal carry a handgun so I figured this was the next best thing. I don't know very much about knives, but this knife seems to be very sturdy and well made. It feels good in your hand. The spring assist does its job and alows the knife to be opened one-handed with relative ease. I have only one minor gripe about this knife and it is the placement of the glass breaker. When opening the knife it may poke your hand depending on the placement of your grip, but as I have said it is only minor because in order to avoid this you just have to adjust your grip slightly. I also really like the color of the blade. I was worried it might be a little too feminine, but I was wrong. It gives the knife a unique look that really stands out and looks great for either sex.PROS:CostLooksSolid ConstructionGood Spring AssistPerfect WeightFairly SharpCONS:Placement of glass breaker may poke the users hand (again, minor but worth noting)I only received the knife today so I cannot speak on how long it lasts, but based on everything that I observe I would be willing to bet it will last some time. Solid knife at a price that cannot be turned down. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

The first, but not the last
I bought one of these nearly six years ago as of this review (yes, I got it in mid-2019). Since then, it's seen a fair bit of use even at the most random of moments. It's remained sharp, for the most part, but that's far less a construction problem than it is a me problem.Has it survived my clumsy behind the entire time? Yes. Yes, it has.Have that little screwdriver/glass breaker tip and bottle opener on the handle also come in handy? Oh, absolutely!Even now, the blade and locking mechanism refuse to as much as think about loosening and/or wiggling. It's still just as sturdy as it ever was!Am I about to buy another Tac-Force knife right this very second? Why, yes. Yes, I am, and I recommend that you, dear reader, grab your first or next knife, too.

A practical fashion statement; spring assist stopped working within a week
Considering I only paid 2.50 out of pocket for this knife thanks to gift cards from Microsoft rewards points, I'm not really complaining too much. The knife looks nice, has a bottle opener and screwdriver, and the blade is acceptably sharp. Not much more to ask for from a 10-15 dollar knife manufactured by Master Cutlery.Sadly, as I experience from all knives at this price range, the spring assist failed within a few days of use. I had to tighten the pivot screw a few times as it began to visibly rotate and loosen after what felt like 10-20 consecutive deployments at a time, and eventually I heard a little metallic sound from the knife and it stopped opening all the way on its own. Guessing the spring broke without falling out. It's still usable as a manual knife at least, just needs a wrist-flick when deployed with the lever now.As for ergonomics, I should mention I'm a southpaw. I find this knife comfortable to use with either hand but it feels more comfortable in my left hand, as my thumb can rest above the clip or on the indent at the top of the handle. The lever was a bit stiff for my right index finger out of the box, forcing me to use my middle finger for right-handed deployment if I wanted to avoid hurting my fingertip. This was not a problem for my left hand, strangely enough. Probably a skill/strength issue. Regardless, there's no risk of this thing deploying in your pocket or during a specious wrist-flick test from a cop, so that's a plus. The blade steel is cheap but typical for the price range, It's easy to sharpen and it won't rust easily - just don't expect it to hold an edge with moderate use. Additionally, you'll have to keep the screws tight if you fidget with this knife a lot, but odds are you aren't looking for a super durable EDC at this price range anyways. If you are, consider investing in a knife with higher quality steel. It'll be expensive and probably won't look as flashy, but it's worth your money if you want performance and longevity.Overall, I'm a bit disappointed the spring assist failed so soon, but I'm not really surprised - in my experience that's just how it goes with this tier of pocket knives. The appeal at this price range is aesthetics and practical features, but the disappointment still stands. I considered requesting a replacement, but I'll hold off so long as the locking mechanism doesn't fail within the return window. Seems that might be a possibility going by what other reviewers have said. Either way, it's still a pretty knife, just a manual now.

Great knife
This was a Christmas gift but I almost kept it for myself! Amazing springlock, doesn't rust, really easy to flip open and use, decent weight and size, as a farmer who sometimes only has one hand this is such a good knife to open close and decently sharp especially for price
