I use this product in sour crout. use two 2 lb bags and a half jar of theHouse Of Tsang Hibachi Sauce Sweet Ginger It doesn't make the crout sweeter It just adds more flavor.

Great Sauce
Add a little tang with a dollop of Wasabi and you could pour this over boiled rubber boots and eat them. Sooo good.
