Gingko biloba has great benefits for brain and body. It's particularly of use for the elderly and for preventing the onset of dementia and Alzheimer's. Gingko has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and circulatory effects, boosting microcirculation in the brain. It decreases blood cell clumping, improves the way your brain uses glucose, oxygen and ATP for energy. It prevents strokes, and delays or improves the early stages of senile dementia.Obviously, gingko is fantastic for memory, concentration, and cognition. Some studies show it helps the symptoms of erectile dysfunctuin, age-related macular degeneration, and depression, but of course this may not be for everyone.Apparently the extract is more potent and effective than the herb, like it often is, but using it in herbal tea formulations may be a great idea for you and your family. It tastes fairly mild, and it goes well with many herbs.I recently made an incredibly effective and delicious tea blend called Brain-Memory-Mood Tea that contains over 13 beneficial herbs and adaptogenic herbs. I’ve made tea and it taste really good. I feel like it’s a healing tea. I have really bad memory issues so I decided to make my own tincture which I haven’t tried yet but I have made a tea and iced tea and it’s delicious.

Great. My Ginco Bilova infused coconut oil came out very rich after 24 hours on the "keep warm" setting on the Crock-Pot. I really like the balm I made with it.
