Excellent value
For the price it was an excellent product , good finish with the chrome and of a sturdy manufactureI have no idea how well the cartridge will work and if when it will need to be replaced . Having said that for the price of the tap you could just replace the tap and get scrap value for the brass

Easy to fit and looks great!
I'm no plumber but found it very easy to fit this tap. Works as expected and looks much more expensive than it's cost ! Impressed

Make sure you have the right flexi pipes before fitting
I purchased this for my bathroom sink, it replaced a tall tap that was too big. The thing I didn’t know, until I had already taken out my old tap was Germany and Europe have different fittings to ours, the flexi pipe nut is 3/8 of and inch instead of 1/2 an inch 15mm and does not fit onto standard U.K. compression fittings. I then searched for hours looking for an adapter online all to no avail. I did however find a flexi pipe to fit the tap, however none were 400mm and longest were 300mm as standard. I did find some on an auction site and on Amazon, however I decided to visit the local plumbers the next day. Fortunately this is a very common issue and they had some adapters in stock. I attached the flexi pipe to my existing fittings. However, the tap is fairly small and the base barely covers the existing hole and I had to fiddle around a good hour to stop leaks onceIt was centered it was fine, Overall it is a very good quality tap and looks good. Although it is more of a cloakroom Tap I would say. You have to turn the tap to the left for hot water and it doesn’t seem to activate my heating unless I push it fairly to the left. Once you close the tap you push it back to the centre and this is the cold position. It does look really neat, although had I of known the hassle of going to plumbers searching for parts, I am not sure I would have bothered. You can get the flexi pipes easy enough in 300mm locally but you will need to get an adapter if you want anything longer unlessYou are prepared to order 400mm flexi pipes online. Wish this was explained in the description

Works well
Works well. It's good that it's default position is cold. The pipe fixings all worked without leaking. Adaptors provided to fit standard pipe fittings. Good value.

Beautiful looking with smooth operation
This is a very good tap.It is beautifully finished, not an imperfection anywhere. The chrome is first class. The tap operation is very smooth, I love the 1/4 turn and two stage opening. The hose tails are long enough. In the UK you will need a 15mm to 3/8inch hose tail adaptor £2.25 for two from the usual diy outlets or here on Amazon. There are no instructions but its obvious how a tap goes together, my only point is which hose go to hot or cold as the base of the tap is not stamped. To help you here.1. The cold feed goes to the hole aligned to the cold indicator on the tap handle.2. The hot feed goes to the corresponding hole aligned to the hot mark on the tap.Probably easier in a photo but its fitted now so I cant do that. Just view the tap body from its bottom and the hose entry points will be obvious to their cold/hot sides. That maybe obvious for the professional plumbers amongst us, but I am not so hope that helps other DIY'ers.

Great bathroom FAO
Excellent value for money tap, performs just as well as a tap double the price that I have in my other bathroom.Very easy to installWould recommend this to anyone who needs a cheap easy replacement. Do bear in mind that the connections on the flexible hoses are European so you may need some 15MM X 3/8" FLEXIBLE TAP CONNECTORS depending on your existing fitting/ pipe work
