Excellent gel does the job soothing effect

Value for money and effective
Helpful with a knee joint pain, I found it effective and easy to use. Looking at others products and branded names this offered good value for money.

It is helping me to recover from a fractured and back into Lawn Bowling.
As above . I have had 2 sessions of Physiotherapy and amazed them with my recovery. At my age of 84 last November they were expecting me to be unable to bowl for 6 months instead `i have confounde3d them by bowling after only 3 months.

Doesn’t work very well
Very liquid not a gel, not the best I have used.

Good value for money, certainly eased the pain.
The gel certainly helped the pain, whilst doing normal day to day activities, but when I started ti dance, the pain kicked back in
