Good quality diaper at a great price.
These are cloth backed but don't let that fool you because they have a really great absorbency. The tabs are pretty secure with a hook and loop style so they can be adjusted when needes. There is no waistband at the front or rear which would step up the fit. They do run a tad bit smaller than what I've used in the past. So if you're right on the fence in sizes I would go up one. They are quiet and discreet but cab be a bit bulky in the seat. So definitely not something if you are on your feet all day. I would imagine the padding would bunch up too much. But the absorbency amount for thw price is hard to beat.

Works as expected
Very absorbent. They do the job for both urine and runny stools. Overall, these have been the best brand that I've used on my elderly father (I've tried plenty others). It took me a while to get the hang of fitting them properly on him. They're easiest to put on when he's laying down, but I'm also able to put them on when he's standing. I only use these for night time, so I don't know how they work when standing. I think they'd probably be too bulky to wear during the day.

Tabs
I’m not sure how often my Mom goes at night or first thing in the morning, but she always wakes up with wet sheets. The tabs need work. They are tricky and don’t stay on well. But, overall I think she would try em again.

Came damaged, good otherwise
UPDATE: The refund request apparently didn't go through the first time around. I got a full refund. Thanks! The diapers were water damaged, minor wet spots. A few were used before noticing, seller didn't respond to a refund request at all. No response, though I understand they're likely under more work pressure from COVID.The diapers are good otherwise. I've had one of the tabs tear off on them but most are on there decently. They do feel fairly cheap, but they work. Great value for the money, as long as it doesn't come damaged.

Quality brief.
All adult briefs are NOT the same!!After trying several brands, this is the brand I kept going back to for my husband who became incontinent after a stroke. The only thing I don't like is that the repositionable tabs work TOO well, meaning that they stick to everything! On the plus side of that, he Velcro closure is strong and can be repositioned many times.

Absorbency not that great, design all wrinkles
I have used medline briefs for a while but they were out of stock. Reviews indicated these might be a good substitute. They are not!Besides how wrinkled they are (you cannot flatten out), the tabs are not very sticky, and are often open or bent. Absorbency is not great either. They leak!I shall never buy again.
