Just got this and husband had to use it. It cleaned the wood floors great the dirt ground in is gone. He is amazed how well it works. Use on med. steam and did the job well . He will be telling everyone about how well it works.

So far so good. I cleaned my grill with this and it got all the burnt on grease off. I also did my windows which were a little harder to do without streaking, but overall with a paper towel, came out looking really good. I also did my floor and it looks amazing and is not sticky or streaked.I love it so far and will use it a lot.I like the fact that you can buy extra cleaning pads so we can dedicate pads for certain tasks only.Overall a good value if you can get it on sale.

The steamer is easy to assemble and use. The attachments seem to be quality and workable. I filled the reservoir with distilled water and steam mopped our kitchen floor. I was impressed with how fast the unit heated and it did create a generous amount of steam and cleaned well. My only concern is the handle is perhaps flimsy for some. I had to choke up on the handle to swing the mop head side to side. I think it would be a workout to do a large room with carpet. All in all, we are looking forward to using the other attachments and our hardwood floors.

The H20 HD 5 IS A BIG FAT FAIL! I purchased this product 8/1/2022. Thane Direct the info-commercial company has deplorable customer service! My product is under warranty and is only 90 days old. It failed completely after only 90 days. Used this product only four times in 90 days and it just stopped working altogether. No more steam! No explanation from the company. No interest in resolving the issue. Emailed Customer Support for Warranty and Help Desk more than SIX Times!!! No willingness to resolve this matter. They also want you to pay for them to ship you a part. I was willing to pay the fee but they don't have a method to pay with a credit card if you don't use paypal. I asked them to ship it collect. They failed to respond or reply to my emails. NO phone number works. You call the 800 number listed on the Terms/Conditions and it fails to work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS DESIGNED TO FAIL WITHIN 90 DAYS. THANE APPARENTLY HAS NO INTEGRITY AND IS UNWILLING TO HONOR THE WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR! DO NOT BUY! H20 HD is a waste of money! DO NOT purchase unless wasting your money matters not!Also, Amazon sucks with their AI systems that use foreign call centers with no ability to transfer to the US. Amazon is too big to care and has moved so far away from Customer Service that it is a despicable enterprise. The hedge funds out there should design a company to compete and kill Amazon's business for all of its arrogance and unwillingness to serve the very customers that helped build its success.

I ordered the premium package H2O mop X5 with extra microfiber pads, a carrying strap, and all the attachments. The pads and attachments are fantastic, I highly recommended them. The carrying strap is very useful to sling the base over your shoulder while cleaning with just the base. Now as far as the steam cleaning and the mop itself as a whole. I’ve used it for the past two days all over my house. I love how it cleans and gets into crevices you can't normally get to, it's so satisfying. The base itself is lightweight and has a completely AKWARD design. Wait for the redesign!! I used the mop today, it works great. It feels about as sturdy as the store-brand dust mops, the ones that screw together in sections. This is possibly worse. It’s made of cheap hollow plastic. I understand the review I read about the handle snapping in half. I'm vertically challenged (5’3”) and I felt like it might snap. I can only imagine normal-sized adults pushing with any weight at all would definitely snap. It's a mixed bag with this mop. If you can overlook the cheap materials used in the design, the cleaning performance might outweigh the fact you might break the handle at any moment. I've only had it for 2 days so I can't speak to the longevity of it as a whole.I would suggest only using distilled water the chemicals and hard water from tap water will clog the steamer. I learned that the hard way with my first steamer.

A little scary at first, but once I got the hang of it it was easy. My house is very clean. Thank you.

Geez, was my grout dirty!!! Had to use little brush attached to steamer, then used mop with steamer. Cleaned it up. Love it!!!! Thank you…great product
