Excellent!
This radio came in very handy on a recent trip to Avon, NC in March 2025. The island lost cell service along with internet and cable, essentially no communication with the outside world if only for a few hours. This radio allowed me to find out what was going. It’s rechargeable too with a lot of handy features.

Very Good Weather Alert and Charger.
This is a very good little weather radio. I had bought a cheaper one for myself that was the basic. This one has good quality sound if you just want the radio for music or news. The light is unique and bright, having a double beam for pathway and straight in front of you. There are four little lights showing the amount of charge in the battery. It has a good sized solar panel on top, and can also be charged with a cord to your computer if you just want to be sure you are ready before an outage. However, the little crank also charges it up very quickly. I bought this for a gift and the lady was pleased with it, being relieved to have the charger for her phone in outages. SOS signal was a good addition.

Updated review
Latest Review: The company saw my first review and they contacted me and offered a full refund on my purchase, no strings attached. I decided on my own to re-purchase the radio and use it as much as possible before the return window, since a lot of people have had success with the radio. I've had it for a month and a half now, have used it a lot - with extra focus on everything that failed with the first one - and it's been working great. I think the first radio was just a dud, so if you end up purchasing this radio, use it quite a bit before the return window, to make sure it doesn't fall apart.First Review: I just had to use this emergency radio during Hurricane Helene. It was really wonderful while it worked, but then after a week of use, one of the knobs fell off and is now lost, and the light is completely stuck on and won't turn off. I just have to wait for it to die before the light goes off. Unfortunately I'm past the return or exchange window, so there's nothing I can do but find somewhere to recycle it.

He loves it.
My husband loves this. It showed up on another site while he was scrolling online. I told him to let me look it up on Amazon. He came quickly, and he loved it.

Good item.
Good Item. Has the radio, flashlight, solar panel, but it's a lot smaller than I thought it'd be. I thought about shoe box size but it's really about the size of a big block of cheese.

Game changer during storms
We live in austin Texas and a few years ago we had a storm that left us without power for days. This gave us light, a radio and charged our phone. Super helpfulAnd it’s small so we put it in our car when we travel
