High quality, limited release Manuka honey
I used this in small amounts in tea (in lieu of regular sugar). It provides a unique flavor with sweet and a little bit of a floral note. I chose to use small amounts to make it last longer but you can use as much or as little as you want. I will try this with some savory dishes but I want it to used with delicate flavors to balance with some sweetness. I am hoping to have health benefits, but it would take a longer evaluation period. I do recommend the product but you will need to balance your need with the cost since it is expensive. I was able to obtain it with out cost as part of an evaluation program for full disclosure. The packaging is beautiful (black box, certificate of authenticity, sealed jar). Honey has an almost unlimited life.

I'm not a honey expert, but I don't think I'd ever pay $400 for a jar that was processed 3 years ago, and, after tasting, it's not even good? I realize the bitter flavor might be the manuka and is an acquired taste, but still. Packaging was exquisitely done and properly sealed, so no complaints there.

I am skeptical.
The media could not be loaded. I am highly skeptical that this is authentic manuka honey. If you look up images of manuka honey, it always has a thick texture, caramel color and is very opaque. See my video with a jar of authentic manuka honey on the left and the BeePower honey on the right. In addition, the back of the packaging includes an unnecessary comma and the erroneous word "sort" instead of "sought." If this were truly a $450 jar of honey, I trust such errors would've been caught by an editor. As for the taste of the BeePower honey, it is initially quite sweet, with a somewhat bitter aftertaste. It reminds me of dark chocolate. While very robust in flavor, it doesn't remind me of the taste of my other experiences with manuka honey, which has a sweet, earthy flavor with eucalyptus undertones.A card included with the admittedly luxe packaging indicates the honey was packaged on 3/18/2021, nearly three years before my purchase in February of 2024. I know honey has a near indefinite shelf life, but it seems like I should receive a fresher product given the high price of this tiny jar. Quick research tells me that one can find honey with 1282+ MGO and 26+ NPA for roughly $200, less than half the price of this bad boy. Tread with caution.

Best honey I have ever had. Bar... NONE.
Its not even close. The color... the consistency... the smell... everything is the best I have ever had in terms of a honey. It's not one of those overly sweet crystalline messes you buy in a bear shaped squeeze. Oh no! This is the real deal uber-quality stuff. It has a hint of floral in it, with a subtle undertone of molasses or butter maybe? It really does have one of the most complicated flavor profiles I have tasted in a honey without some weird addition like storing it in casks to flavor it or adding flavors to it.As you can see from the pictures it comes in a really robust and beautiful box with tons of protection for your bottle. And a signed card with batch number and date of production. As soon as I had it in my hands I could tell BeePower put a lot of thought and energy into not only the bottle but also the box.If you know someone who is a true honey connoisseur I think their mind might literally melt if you gave this as a gift. It is quite honestly a perfect case of "if price is no issue" levels of quality. And I also have no doubt that this company knows its products and you will get only the best.

nearly 3 years after its packaging
The accompanying card states it was packaged in 2021. I understand that honey doesn't go bad but... still. It's been a minute. The packaging is lovely, and the price point? Made me stop and shake my head. If you are a collector and connoisseur it might be worth it.It tastes good, like honey should. I can't say it's manuka honey though. I would buy with caution.

Is it really worth it?
I am by no means a honey connoisseur and have had the exposure to traditional store bought honey. The nutritional benefits and taste of this honey are marketed as being exceptional with the MGO over 1,200. I've seen other Manuka honeys with a little less MGO for half the price, so I'm not sure if this is worth it. The taste of this honey reminds me of molasses and a little goes a long way. I'd be ok with drizzling this over yogurt or having a teaspoon when I have a sore throat. Hoping that the benefits are indeed as described.
