I first had Garlic Festival Garli Garni and Garli Ghetti in 2001 at a Renaissance fair. They were giving samples of the herb and spice blends sprinkled over olive oil, with bread chunks for dipping, and I was immediately hooked. I'm disappointed by how expensive the single bottles are, especially when combined with the outrageous shipping. You can't buy these locally, so ordering online is really the only choice. I'd love to say that it's totally worth it, but I've found other blends that are just as good and *don't* cost a fortune per ounce. Love this stuff! I use it in almost everything! Salads, soups, stews, breading/coating for chicken/fish etc, to season veggies and sauces, on pizza, in dips, on popcorn/pumpkin seeds/Chex mix it’s great! I normally purchase my annual supply at my local renaissance festival (sadly, cancelled due to COVID) so I was really glad to find it here!
