I used to buy a bottle of this at Ren Faire every year-- no Faire for the past two years, so I wasn't happy when my last bottle ran out (even though I'd been using it sparingly, to make it last). I finally couldn't stand it, and ordered the bottle online-- having to pay for shipping is annoying, but this stuff is worth it. It's really yummy! And I'm enjoying having it to use again!

Great on fish. Been using for years. Usually purchase on trips to Monterey, CA.

Really great, big flavor. Especially good on chicken and fish (Think shrimp on the grill with a little added cayenne) Not as much salt as other products, although I wish it came without ANY salt so the cook can salt to taste. Because of this you have to be careful when mixing with other products (It works great with chef Paul Prudhomme's redfish magic).

Great to sprinkle over steamed shrimp or fish. Much better flavor than conventional garlic powder.

These products are fabulous! This is the third time that I have purchased this from a variety of sources. I ALWAYS want this in my spice cabinet.

Nice seasoning for fish or chicken, if you like a lot of garlic

We enjoy the product very much. So far it has added great flavor to a variety of dishes.I do think that the size should be bigger for the cost.
