Delivery was very quick and with a lovely driver.Did take 2 people to put it together and 2 days to build but it’s a fantastic climbing frame, very strong and all my children of different ages absolutely love it. The bridge is a huge hit. I can not recommend this company and climbing frame enough, don’t think just buy you will not regret it.

Lovely Pirate ship climbing frame, would point out you need to buy liner for sand pit as an extra (we brought packaged with the anchors). Please note sand pit cover was made separately by my brother (lots of local cats) Very sturdy frame my son loves it! It took a weekend to build allow plenty of time, some of this could be the fact the garden isn'tcompletely flat. Overall pleased with the product and would happily use the company again.

Easy to assemble, quick delivery no complaints at all, money well spent and the children can't get enough of it, definitely worth purchasing.

Our kids 5&3 love their pirate ship. The materials are good quality and the assembly went fine. We took the advice of some other reviews and unpacked, sorted and labelled the pieces first so it was easier. The way it is packed the parts at the bottom are the ones you need first. But wasn’t a problem at all. As u can see on the pics we have a smaller garden so fixed the swings to the wall. The customer service was good too We were missing the rope ladder (it happens) I emailed them they apologised and sent one out straight away. We are very pleased and would recommend

Very poor quality. Not checked timber and lots of missing parts. Very poor customer service.

Building this climbing frame took 5 adults over 8 hours to build. This was not helped by the poor quality of the timber and a number of missing parts. The finish on the wood is rough and so all the edges that children are likely to touch will need sanding down which will take at least another day before it is safe to use. It is possible to move the position of the climbing wall, slide and ladder. If you are going to buy this item, make sure you have all the specified tools, at least 2 electric drills and screwdrivers, 2 days to spare and plenty of helpers. Plus, don’t let kids near it until it’s finished and sanded safely.

Not the best frame, came with split wood and missing pieces. No pre drilled holes you could make this at home a lot cheaper
