I bought this product 4 months ago and it's not working

I’m not surprised, if I hadn’t used this hoover I would have returned it, then I found out I could’ve sent it back, it’s guaranteed so get in touch with the seller

How is it at vacuuming up small bits of hay? Does it block easily?

I haven't had any problem with general house dust, grass, dirt etc but I haven't vacuumed any hay.
