Very helpful when adding weight to your machine
These are great for adding weight to your machine. I have found them very beneficial, good quality and should fit most black pulldown machines.

Works but not exact weight
5 pound weight fits our Body Solid EXM1550 home gym weight stack like it was made for it. Only complaint is it's not 5 pounds, but 5 pounds 7 ounces.
