My wife and I use this to add to traditional Korean soup bases. We add some liquid and seed to a blender and liquify it. Adds a rich, nutty ,and creaming flavor. We also eat a big spoon of it raw each day. Very good product!

I was looking for perilla oil for health reasons and found this product. This is not perilla oil, but I wanted to incorporate perilla directly into my diet to get the health benefits of perilla. This perilla has a nutty taste and is delicious when added directly to yogurt for breakfast. The portion is large, so I plan to continue using it for a while. I am satisfied with this product.

Very good and fresh. Love to toss in my salad. Nice and crunch. toast in low heat to preserve nutrition.

No smell or taste of perilla. Tried planting them just to check and they sprouted but the plant is not perilla used in Asian food. The plants even have no aroma or taste. Checked with an online plant identifier app and it is not perilla for food.This is something else that looks like kkaenip but is not. I don’t recommend.

Good but a little bit pricey compared to the local asian market.

My birds love it and I serve for sick birds as it is easy to digest and crack open.

I washed a cup of them in the water, drained and stirred in the skillet to dry in low heat. Stored in the jar after cooling down. It's good for my health for Omega 3 substitute. I love the flavors. I take 1 spoon a day and like the organic products.
